Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method is available on select orders reserves the right to modify, disable or amend COD feature to customers as per its sole discretion.

Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case an incorrect order is delivered. It can be done by writing to the sales team (vishalponnappa@gmail.com). We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process such cases.

DeviVilla will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incorrect style/wrong/products) are received by the customer.

Refund:
Your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, between 5-10 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
